From day one, Coach B has made a lasting impact on my son, Deion — not just as a player, but as a young man. He took the time to build a genuine personal connection, showing Deion that his potential goes far beyond the football field. Coach B has taught him what it truly means to be a leader — to face adversity with grace, to work hard and hustle, and to never let the opinions of others define him.
He’s shown Deion that being smart is one of the coolest things you can be, and that success in the classroom is just as important as success on the field. Coach B’s guidance focuses on the full picture — physical strength, mental health, and personal growth. The lessons he teaches translate directly into the player and person Deion is becoming.
Deion wouldn’t be the athlete or young man he is today without Coach B’s leadership, dedication, and heart. His influence continues to shape Deion’s confidence, discipline, and love for the game — and for that, we are forever grateful.
Coach Sanders has helped me take my game to another level. Before training with him, I had speed and hands, but he taught me how to use them the right way from route running to reading coverages and getting separation. Every session feels like I’m learning something new that I can actually use in a game.
He pushes me hard but always keeps it positive and fun. You can tell he really cares about his players and wants us to win both on and off the field. My confidence has gone way up since working with him, and I can already see it paying off in games.
If you’re a wide receiver trying to get better and stand out, Coach Sanders is definitely the guy to train with.

As a friend, Prep brother, and fellow leader of young men, it’s been inspiring to watch Brandon grow a brand that not only reflects his creativity and discipline but also his commitment to community. What started as an idea has evolved into something with real purpose and staying power.
I’ve seen firsthand the patience, consistency, and resilience he brings to his work every single day — qualities that separate good from great. Brandon doesn’t just talk about building something meaningful; he lives it. His leadership, his vision, and his belief in empowering others are woven into everything he does.
I’m proud of what he’s built and even more excited to see where he takes it next. The foundation is strong, and the best is still ahead.
Training with Brandon has been a game-changer. His relentless focus on proper form and intentional programming delivers results that last. He combines deep fitness expertise with genuine care, pushing you safely while helping you grow. Elite Youth Performance is more than a gym…it’s a high-energy, welcoming community. As an active adult training directly with Brandon for over 18 months, I’m still impressed by his passion, precision, and commitment to excellence.
